Louisa Tattum

Welcome!

My name is Louisa and I am the owner of Soul Warrior, a local independent business that offers specialised Yoga classes drawing on my studies with teachers and schools in England, Wales and Greece. I am a certified Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga teacher with a Level 2 award in Nutrition, Wellness and Customer Experience. I am based in Solihull, West Midlands and set up Soul Warrior to share my appreciation of Yoga with the local community.

Through practicing Yoga, I hope to help us find a sense of balance and ease in our daily life, a quiet space for reflection and an opportunity to build a bridge from the busyness of ‘doing’ into the gentleness of ‘being’.
