Yoga classes at Soul Warrior include the teaching of Ashtanga and Vinyasa disciplines, and mindfulness coaching, including guided Pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Soul Warrior offers regular classes weekly that you can attend to maintain or advance your personal practice.

Located above Shipley’s Amusements in Solihull, this premier studio space has been built by former Birmingham Royal Ballet soloist Laura Tye, and offers expertly guided dance, yoga and pilates classes that truly inspire and elevate your practice!

Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins – new students will be given a New Student form to sign.
No mobile phones during classes – you are welcome to take photos before and after class.
Equipment is provided – wear comfy clothes, preferably layers and bring your favourite water bottle!

Payment Terms and Conditions
Once purchased, drop-in payments are non-refundable. If you request a cancellation due to illness this will be marked as non-attendance and you are welcome to join the next available class at no additional charge.
Block bookings must be used within 4 weeks of purchase. Block bookings are non-refundable if not used and pass expiry.
