    As part of the Launch Series I will be teaching a joint Yoga class with Lucille Tichivangana to members of Movement & Wellness on Tuesday 9th December. 🧘‍♀️✨

    The class will be a Hatha Vinyasa flow based on the 12 Days of Christmas. 🥁🎶

    We have enjoyed planning the class and look forward to sharing it with the community! 🙏🩵

    As part of the Launch Series I will be teaching a Winter Woodland themed Vinyasa flow to friends, family and members of the local community to connect with the energy of the full moon. 🌝

    The classes will include guided meditation to explore the imagination and find a place of sanctuary, providing comfort and peace, to return to at any time this winter when the body needs to rest and reset. 🌿

    There are only ✨ three classes available ✨ – book a date or reserve your place soon! 🙏🩵
