Who can do hands-on-adjustments?
A certified yoga teacher who has studied at a Yoga Teacher Training School that offers asana alignment and adjustment classes, workshops and exams as part of the overall course. π
Soul Warrior offers hands-on-adjustments for adults of all abilities in group and private classes. Participants are able to opt-in or opt-out of hands-on-adjustments during classes and alternatively use props or the Ujjayi breath to help stabilise the body and asanas.
