    I came in with a lot of tension and left feeling completely relaxed. All the moves were tailored to everyone’s abilities and you explained each one clearly and gently. You have a very calming and encouraging voice and I felt at ease throughout the session.

    Thank you, Louisa, for such a thorough full-body workout. I am new to Yoga and as a first timer, I really appreciated how you gave easier options for me to try before going all in. I felt I had worked, stretched, and soothed every part of my body, leaving the session feeling totally relaxed. I am looking forward to future sessions to master the breath-led flow.
