During the 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training at Alpha Yoga School, Joanna and Martian shared their yoga journeys through classes, workshops and conversations over Urania’s home-cooked meals and treats. ☕️🍰
Yogi Ira also shared her plans for teaching and advice for choosing a name for a businesses after our closing ceremony, on a peaceful moonlit walk from Vasiliki. 🌝🪷
Their resilience, strength and genuine love towards yoga inspired me, and they all helped me recognise that my inner spirit was ready to guide me on this journey too. 🌠🤸♀️
